With more than 34 years of experience in technology and business leadership, Carla has worked across enterprise transformation, operational improvement, executive advisory, and portfolio management. Her background includes leading an initiative credited with $1.5 billion in savings at a Fortune 500 organization and delivering more than $500,000 in measurable savings through practical technology and vendor-management improvements in a smaller business environment.

Carla holds a bachelor’s degree and two master’s degrees, completed later in her career, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and leadership development.

Today, she brings that combination of enterprise-scale perspective and hands-on accountability to clients who need more than a strategic recommendation: they need a partner who can help make progress happen.
